Join American Innovators for Patent Reform | Membership Information
Membership in American Innovators for Patent Reform is open to anyone or any business. And for a limited time, first-year membership in the AIPR is free to help us grow our membership. Over time, as we grow our membership, a package of member benefits and services will be established. There are three classes of membership.
Individual Membership: Inventors, researchers, engineers, university professors and authors, as well as attorneys in private practice, patent agents, licensing executives and technology transfer managers are invited to join as Individual Members. Patent agents and patent attorneys are also invited to register themselves with our Patent Agent and Patent Attorney Referral Service.
Corporate Membership: Businesses and not-for-profit organizations may join as Corporate Members, and may designate up to 10 employees as their representatives on committees and as voting members.
Law Firm Membership: Law firms join under Law Firm Membership and each partner and associate at the firm, as well as all patent agents affiliated with the firm, may serve on committees and as voting members. Law firms that provide patent prosecution and IP litigation services are invited to register with our Patent Agent and Patent Attorney Referral Service.
